Cooked over hot coals. You eat the whole fish (head, tail, guts, everything) They tell you to be careful of stones. I corrected them and said don’t you mean ‘bones’ ? They say, no actually stones. The fish swallow the stones and then you eat them. Actually tasted not bad.
